In this role, you will:
Create a safe, exciting & engaging home-like learning environment for children.
Work as part of an experienced team to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Plan, organise, and deliver activities that meet the developmental needs of the children.
Grow as a teacher and constantly seek new challenges and knowledge.

1. Passion for Childcare (Must Haves)
Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and supporting their development.
A calm, warm, nurturing, and patient demeanor.
Good spoken and written English.
Good organisational skills.
Commitment to pursuing further educational / training opportunities.
A creative mindset to design fun and educational activities.
Energy and enthusiasm to keep up with the physical demands of working with young children.
2. Teamwork and Communication (Must Haves)
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
3. Professionalism (Must Haves)
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Local or be able to commute easily to Barnes.
Awareness of and adherence to health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
4. Relevant Skills and Experience (Like to Haves)
Experience in early years or education (professional or personal)
Strong understanding of child development, and play-based learning
5. Qualifications (Like to Haves)
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
